Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

All products are custom made on demand:

We want you to wear or enjoy your Wheels in Art products with pride. We are ready to answer any questions before you place your order. If you are unsure about any product specifications, please email info@wheelsinart.com with your question(s).

When ordering custom items, please review your design and specifications carefully BEFORE submitting your order. Please check the product size PRIOR to submitting your order. Sizing charts are available on all of the product pages. If you are unsure of what size to order, check out https://wheelsinart.myshopify.com/pages/how-do-i-choose-the-perfect-size 

Orders are processed electronically based on what you type into the product ordering pages. If you have discovered an ordering error please reply immediately to your order confirmation email.

Damaged Merchandise and Items sent not as ordered:
We stand by our products and guarantee them to be free of manufacturing errors or defects. In the unlikely event that we send you a product that is not as you ordered or is damaged on arrival, please send an email to info@wheelsinart.com describing the issue and, if possible, include a photograph showing the issue. If necessary, replace the item(s). Damaged or incorrect merchandise will be replaced or exchanged. We cannot make any changes during the replacement process.
